Pre-Award Services:

• Locate external funding opportunities 
• Set up personalized PIVOT searches 
• Develop project budgets with PI 
• Help prepare and review supporting required documents 
• Initiate and complete IPF in Cayuse 
• Work with PI to ensure all IRB required disclosures are documented and current 
• Navigate non-federal sponsor portals
• Collect letters of support required for applications 
• Serve as liaison between sponsor/OSP/PI 
• Read and review all funding announcements to ensure all guidelines are being met 
• Assist with COI procedures 
• Assist with the preparation of proposals for internal grant programs 
• Assist with limited submission procedures
